Abstract

This study targeted the securitization polices in the area of post cold war, however, the study highlighted the strong ness and the weakness points of security in the Gulf area (1990-2002). Moreover, the study revealed the strategic, economical, political, and social importance of this geographical area, which represent the heart of the hot world. The study examined and analyzed, the foreign interests and the global seek of the states to dominate the resources of the area. Throughout the history which formed ultimately, and revealed the extend of exploitation within the context of the new global environment, that in the era post the collapse of USSR, also it gives features to the second Gulf War, and the declaration of that so called the new system order. The study concluded and resulted to the weakness of security infrastructure for Gulf Corporate Council States, also the weakness of Iraq and Iran power due to their exulted by war and other internal problems. However, this led to the imbalance of the regional military, most obviously can be seen though unipolar system under the mandate of United States. This may led also to appearance of security threaten, and the exportation of racial conflict, disputes), and open the area for foreign interference and the imported security. The American imperialism has become an international living reality, which is typically American, while neglecting the role of the United Nations in solving world conflicts, especially after 11th September 2001 incident
