Abstract

This research is about the impact of using electronic slides presentation technique in teaching the subject of practial biology on learning achievement for the students of biology department at faculty of education university of Khartoum , and the research aimed at the knowing the following things :- 1- The difficulties that hinder teachers electronic slides presentation technique in teaching. 2- The teachers attitudes toward using this technique in teaching. 3-The advantages of education due to the use of electronic slides presentation technique in teaching. The researcher has used both descriptive and experimental methods . The tools used for data collection were a questionnaire and aquisitional tests, the selection came to(62) students of second year of academic year (2007-2008) at biology department as target sample of the study community and (17) teachers at biology and Instructional Technology department at university of Khartoum faculty of education as comprehensive restriction. The researcher has come to many findings the most important are :- 1- Electronic slides presentation technique increases university students learning aquisition. 2- The teasher have positive attitudes in using the electronic slides presentation technique in teaching. 3- Electronic slides presentation technique achieves the goals of the learning situation that it was used for. The research has come out with many recommendations ,the most important are:- 1- Finding solutions for difficulties facing teachers when using electronic slides presentation technique in teaching. 2- Since learning through computer is finacially so costly process , the researcher recommends finding finicial support to develop the process of learning through computer.
