Abstract

This study aims know the Psychological Attitudes, for Librarians at Khartoum University, toward their work, and its relation with some variable, it also aims to know the differences and relation for the Psychological attitudes nature. The analytical descriptive method has been applied by the Researcher. Psychological attitudes test also has been designed. The Sample of the study was 82 librarians (Male and Female). The Researcher is certain of the validity and reliability for the test. Data has been analyzed statistically. Using Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS), The Researcher has Chosen these Statistical as follows: (A) Level signal test to know the general feature for the Sample Attitudes-toward work. (B) Level Test of Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon, to know the Attitudes differences of the Sample. (C) Correlation coefficient of Spearman to know the relation of the Sample Attitudes. Research Result: (1) The general character, characterizing the Librarians Attitudes is Neutrality. (2) There are differences of statistical Indication in the Attitudes of Librarians toward work. (3) There are no differences of statistical Indication in the Librarians Attitudes relation to marital status. (4) There are differences of statistical Indication in the Librarians Attitudes toward work, and Age. (5) There is no relation of statistical Indication for Librarians Attitudes, concerning work and professional Degrees. (6) There is no relation of statistical Indication the Librarians Attitudes toward work and Years of service. (7) There is arelation of statistical Indication significance for the Librarians Attitudes towards their work and Qualifcallons
