Abstract

This is a Resource Manual for Collaborative Planning and Cooperative Problem Solving of two hundred seventy –five pages (A4 size). It is composed of: Introductions, thirteen modules, five appendixes, two glossaries, two abstracts and references. It is meant to work as a manual guide-lines book to teach scholars and other concerned peapole, how to negotiate resolutions for all types of conflicts. The participants in this course of study and training shall learn defining conflicts and assessment of interests, issues and proposals. They also learn the complexities, durable settlements, and conflict aftermaths. The mention of Sudan in this book came for more reasons than one: the would-be Sudan American Peace Program, currently under preparation and the relevancy of on-going negotiations to sustain Peace in home land Sudan. The Peace Studies & Culture Center of the Sudan University of Science and Technology is also a targeted institution of this research, where the need of such a manual shall hopefully go side by side with the study and development of Traditional Mechanisms of Conflict Resolution. In conclusion, this manual book teaches negotiating and establishing an agreement – including a future dispute resolution clause
