Abstract
This study aimed to prepare a program to improve the reading level of students category learning difficulties and assess the impact of this proposed program, during the school year (from 2008 to 2009). Researcher used the experimental method and as a community study of students in the second phase of the base ring in public schools by local maritime north who suffer from learning difficulties in reading. The sample study (142) pupils were selected through random selection and study tools consisted of the variables in the questionnaire demographic , and successive to measure intelligence of John Raven and test read-aloud, and the program to improve reading level, each researcher was used to test and Mann Whitney test ( c) the average of the difference between independent and combined medium-testing (c) the average associated with couples and Ka square of treatments as well as statistical researcher used two equations Alpha Kronbach Siepermann Brown and persistence, and transactions correlation coefficient and Pearson correlation coefficient Pearson correlation coefficient and to forge an The study reached the following conclusions: 1 - that the proposed program to improve the reading level of students class learning difficulties the holding the second phase of the foundation is effective. 2 - The statistical implications of pairs associated with the tribal distance has pointed out the effectiveness of the proposed program to improve reading level of students class learning difficulties the holding the second phase of the current study, the foundation community. 3 - There are no direct correlation is a correlation between the effectiveness of the proposed program to improve reading level of students class learning difficulties the holding the second phase of the foundation and changing the educational level of parents. 4 - No correlation between the effectiveness of counter-productive mistakes of the proposed program to improve reading level of students class learning difficulties the holding the second phase of the foundation and variable age of the pupil in each of the error character recognition, speech and behavior of students during reading 5 - There is a correlation between the effectiveness of the program counter proposal to improve the reading level of students class learning difficulties the holding the second phase of the foundation and variable age of the pupil in error recognition grammar
