dc.description.abstract The study was carried out to investigate the effect of three tillage implements on some soil chemical properties at Shambat Demonstration Farm during March (2009).The chemical properties were: Mg, Ph, EC, Na, Ca, K, and O.M. The tillage implements used were, chisel plow, disc plow, disc harrowes. The complete randomized block design (CRBD) was used to domenstrate the effect of the mentioned treatments. The results showed that there was a significant difference at (p<0.05) in soil (PH) among treatments, where chisel plow recorded the highest value (7. 5) while the lowest value was recorded by disc harrows (6.94).The results also revealed that there is a significant difference at (p<0.05) in soil (Mg) among treatments. The control recorded highest value (2.05 me/l) while disc harrows recorded the lowest one (1.73 me/l). There was no significant difference at (p<0.05) in the other soil chemical properties measurements (EC,Na, Ca ,K, and O.M en_US
