Abstract

This study tackiest a very dangerous phenomenon, which is very harmful to the Muslim society, that is the conventional marriage. As such phenomenon recently has widely spread. Chapter one : the study aims to causes, the impulses, the social and moral impacts and the methods of protection from such illegal marriage. Chapter two: the study, as well, came to discuss the types of illegitimate marriage and the relation there of with such conventional marriage, focusing, however, on the legitimate marriage In lslam. Chapter three: the study has also discussed the attitude of the society towards women in respect if the legitimate marriage and the facilitation thereof. The research composes an introduction, three chapters, questionnaire a conclusion
